That was my first studio joint, and it didn't get to where it needed to because I didn't really market it right. As in, I didn't try to put it up on all the sites that I could. I was still on my artist, hippity hoppity stuff. Like, I was like, nah, it's only gonna go to the real joints, the real people and the real. You know what I'm saying? Like. Like, nah, I don't want it on radio. I don't care about radio. Like, I'm bugging, you know what I'm saying? It's like, why don't you like money? You know what I'm saying? So, you know, I had to make sure that I understood that.

Yo, try to get your stuff everywhere. Even if you feel like it don't fit, at least try to put it there, you know what I'm saying? Because there's a market for everything. You just have to know how to reach out to try to find that. And I'm still learning how to do it myself. But as far as investing your money, like, you definitely got to make sure that whatever you put your money into, that it's going to help your brand and not just somebody else's brand. It has to beneficial for both parties and particularly yours if you the one that's flipping the bill. So you got to make sure that you invest in yourself, and you got to invest in yourself. Heavy publicist, copyright, you know, distribution, all of that.

People talking to me about songs that I didn't forgot the lyrics to, you know, I mean, like, I'm like, wow, I did that long time ago. That's one of the dopest parts. Another dope part is industry heads are starting to really understand, you know what I'm saying? DJ Eclipse, DJ Premiere, you know, I'm saying, like, for. For those. For that five or 10 minutes, I'm, like, alive to them.

Like, I'm not gonna get booked at every show because of my content. Sometimes my content is a little too street. Like, I've had to turn down some shows because they were, like, family oriented. And I was like, look, when I'm. I'm. I'm pose. I'm. I'm pushing something called drug politics right now. It's a. It's a gritty story about a dude that became a drug dealer, but he's in over his head because he was a regular dude, right? So there's jewels in there. You mix the medicine with the food. It's not a whole album where it's preaching. It's an album of street bangers, but there's jewels in it.
